How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed and managed by Apple. To cancel, open your iPhone's Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Found NZ → Cancel Subscription. Cancelling stops future charges; you keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for (or your free trial).
How do I restore my subscription on a new phone?
Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple Account, then tap Restore purchases on the Found NZ subscription screen.
How do I request a refund?
Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple Account.
Why does Found NZ ask for my location?
Your location is used to calculate real drive times to activities near you, so distance filters reflect actual roads rather than straight lines. You can change location access anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Found NZ. The app works without it, but drive-time features won't be available.
Something is out of date or incorrect?
New Zealand changes fast — places close, prices change, splash pads get built. If you spot something wrong, tell us via the in-app feedback option or email us and we'll fix it.
